I've been back home for a few days now and it feels like I'm in the twilight zone... can you hear the tune?
- have I really left this place??
- everybody speaks French
- I'm typing superslow on this AZERTY keyboard
- cars drive on the right side of the road
- Aussie dollars are not accepted in shops
Don't get me wrong .. it's great to be back round here, especially catching up with family/friends I haven't seen since I left these shores. The best part? I feel like a superstar.. A) Twin Peaks wrote a post on her blog about MOI and only MOI (Chou and Fleur are sooooo cute I want to pack them in my suitcase but I don't think it would go unnoticed by their mum and customs).. B) my Aussie credit card does not have a chip so I have to sign the receipts so I pretend I sign autographs!! heehee ... But then not so superstar when they ask for my ID just to make sure I haven't stolen the said credit card... don't you know who I am??
So far, I stuffed my face with pistachio flavoured macarons from Laduree, enjoyed a raclette made in heaven, bought too many books at Gibert Jeune, shopped and almost dropped, drank litres of Orangina.. and the best is yet to come: more friends, more cheese, more shopping, etc...

Ha ha! I knew it.
Many people tried to steal Chou-Fleur from me but never managed to survive more than a week!
I'm glad your raclette was as good as you were hoping for! What is Orangina???? Enjoy your signature fame but not too much, each signature costs $!!! Post more! Where are the pictures? How are the kitties? Are you going to come back with a stronger accent??
Miss you!
