... yup 2009 is almost there... how exciting!!!
When I left the house this morning I thought to myself that when I come back home tonight it'll be Jan 1!!! Woo-hoo!! On my way to work I was reflecting on '08 ... what a year it's been!! A few trips here and there (my first time in Kiwiland, my first time in the wild west of Oz and a dream come true - see Wave Rock), a return to the sources (Paris), lots of cricket and rugby (mmmm great!) .. simply making the most of life, and what a sweet life it is on these shores!!!
Now... I'm off to find a good spot close to the harbour and patiently wait until the clock strikes 12 and enjoy the magic of the fireworks in Sydney.
